- Content Manager for the Paleontology Portal Fossil Preparation website, 2008-2010. The site provides professional resources for fossil preparators.
- Content Manager for the Paleontology Portal Collection Management website - Collection Management module, 2008-09. The site provides an overview of best practices for paleontology collections management.
- Conservation treatment and documentation of natural science specimens in preparation for multiple-venue traveling exhibits of the 2008 Horse exhibition.
Brooklyn Children’s Museum
- Conservation treatment of more than 400 objects (decorative arts, ethnographic, and archaeological objects, natural science specimens) for the reopening and re-installation on the newly renovated and expanded museum. Consultation services on case environment, mount design, and pest remediation, 2007-2008.
Bedford Historical Society
- General collection conservation assessment funded by Heritage Preservation CAP grant, 2006.
- Provided consultation and conservation treatment services for almost 300 historical objects installed in the renovated museum displays. Consultation services included lighting and mount design, environmental monitoring and pest management, 2008.
Canadian Consulate, New York
- Conservation treatment of collection items including a First Nations wool wall hanging and a modern fiberglass artwork. Completed a lighting assessment and control project to provide a more suitable lighting environment for the textile wall hanging, 2005-2008.
Columbia University Libraries
- Hired to provide storage and mounting protocols for a collection of approximately 400 puppets, dolls, masks in the Library’s special collections. Trained and provided ongoing consultation for intern who conducted the work, 2007-08.
Des Moines Art Center
- Treated and mounted a six foot long taxidermy Monitor lizard, part of a modern art installation.
Glen Rock Arboretum
- General collection conservation assessment and collection management training funded by Heritage Preservation CAP grant, 2006.

- General collection conservation assessment funded by Heritage Preservation CAP grant, 2010.
The Jewish Museum
- Conducted conservation treatment and provided installation and exhibition guidelines for a contemporary piece “Opshernish” by Tobaron Waxman in the exhibition Reinventing Ritual: Contemporary Art and Design for Jewish Life. Maritime Industry Museum at Fort Schuyler
- Developed and taught a short series of collections workshops on cleaning, rehousing, storage mounts, object labeling, and digitization for museum staff and interns, 2009.
- General collection conservation assessment funded by Heritage Preservation CAP grant, 2006.
Merestead - Westchester County Parks
- Conducted a condition assessment and provided recommendations for the collection on display in the historic mansion to advise the County on its proposed use as a venue for artist-in- residence programming, 2009.
National Park Service, Federal Hall National Monument
- Conserved painted bronze finishes on the interior cast iron balcony and staircase. Work was done as a joint partnership with Craddock Painting Conservation, 2010-2011.
New York Transit Museum, Brooklyn
- Conservation treatment for the exhibition Where New York Began: Archaeology at the South Ferry Terminal, Spring 2010
- Conservation treatment for The Route Of The Dashing Commuter: The Long Island Rail Road At 175 exhibition, Spring 2009
- Conservation treatment and mount consultation for select objects in Recent Acquisitions exhibit at the Grand Central Terminal Gallery Annex, July-November 2008.
Passaic County Historical Society - Lambert Castle
- General collection conservation assessment funded by Heritage Preservation CAP grant, 2010.
Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian
- Contracted to provide exhibition maintenance and environmental monitoring of permanent and temporary exhibition galleries at the George Gustav Heye Center facility, 2009.
- Provided conservation services for two large bronze sculptures for the Fritz Scholder Indian/Not Indian exhibition, 2009-2010.
South Street Seaport Museum
- Advised on the creation and implementation of an integrated pest management program for this multi-site institution as part of a National Endowment for the Humanities grant, 2010.
University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology
- Provided consultation and training services on the planning and implementation of an environmental monitoring program, 2009-2010.
